PM3K ("we", "our") processes only what is needed to run your studio: your email for sign-in, your episode audio and transcripts to produce and publish your show, and guest contact details to manage your outreach. We do not sell your data. Audio, transcripts, and guest records are stored securely and are accessible only to you and the agents you authorize.
Third-party processing: sign-in may be handled by Google (if you use Google sign-in); audio processing uses speech-to-text and AI providers; payments, when enabled, are processed by the provider you select.
